Arriving at the Salon

The day of your appointment you will arrive outside The Beauty Lab salon in the parking lot, there is plenty of parking and the salon is handicap accessible. I ask that you plan to arrive early so you have plenty of time to find the salon and not feel rushed. Come inside and check in on the iPad on the front desk and I will come and get you.

Once we are at my station, we will start our consultation. Here we will discuss not only the details of your first visit, but find a plan that will work with your hair history, goals and lifestyle.

After I have a clear vision of our goal, I’ll walk you through what’s obtainable, our game plan for today and future services, the level of maintenace involved in the look you desire, and how to style and care for your new look at home.

Your color will be custom blended for you, and recorded in my system so that its always ready for each visit. I work efficiently to respect your time, but I will never sacrifice the quality of my work by rushing your hair.

There is wifi and water, coffee, and tea available to keep you comfortable while your color processes. Please feel free to bring a book, TV show or work laptop with you. Your time in my chair is yours, so you never have to worry about how to spend your time with me!

You can relax in my chair knowing that I thoroughly clean and disinfect between each guest, so the space is ready for you to settle in. I schedule my guests one at a time so you will have my undivided attention.
